It has been recently reported that Amazon is currently discussing the development of a live action movie based off the “Hellsing” manga and the screenwriter from the hit movie “John Wick” will be having a say in the screenplay adaptation – we are in for a treat!
While I am sure you share in the excitement, we have a long road ahead of us on this one. We literally have no other info at this point – no release date, no possible cast propositions… There is no timeframe proposed for the project.
One thing is for sure, considering the original material that they can work with we might be looking at an amble project so them taking their time to ensure they make the best choices from the get-go would be a smart move. If there is one thing we can count on, it is the fact that the adaptation will be packed with action and mystery!
